A writer, a vision, a journey: a conversation with Susan Tiberghien
Venue: Online via Zoom
Date: February 20, 2021
This episode with Susan Tiberghien took place on Saturday, February 20 , 2021 and you may watch the video here:
Through this new series of in depth conversations with Arab and international authors, arabworldbooks.com aims to explore the vision, motivation, process, and of course, the outcomes of a writer's journey. These conversations will, hopefully, shed some light on the values and experiences that are common to writers and readers across the world, while taking into account their respective idiosyncrasies and cultural specificities.
We launched this series with a conversation with Australian/Austrian author Sylvia Petter. Our second was with Egyptian writer Dr. Reem Bassiouney and we are delighted to have Swiss-based American author Susan Tiberghien with us on our third episode.
Susan is an outstanding writer who has inspired readers across the globe. Founder of the successful Geneva Writers Group, she has encouraged and mentored thousands of writers from numerous cultural backgrounds, bridging divides and stressing our spiritual and human commonalities.
The discussion will be conducted in English and moderated by Egyptian novelist Mohamed Tawfik.
