Ouarda Meddas was born on 01/05/1985 in Tolga, Biskra Province.
She is a graduate of the English department, bachelor’s class of 2007, and master’s class of 2018, and a higher paramedical institute in 2015.
She works as a medical assistant for public health at Ziyushi Muhammed Tolga Hospital
Her novel, "Al-hozin Dasas " was published by the Egyptian Publishing House Bibliomania on 01/27/2021. The novel will be in the Cairo International book Fair 2021 as well as other exhibitions in many Arab countries, such as Iraq, Morocco, and Algeria.
