Ibrahim Sayed Fawzy is an Assistant Lecturer at Fayoum University in Egypt. He holds an MA in English Literature. He participated in many international conferences and workshops, and published a number of articles and translations. He was runner-up in iread awards for the best review in 2021. His first monograph on "Political Prison Literature" will be published in 2022 with Cambridge Scholars Publishing. His interests include Comparative Literature, Contemporary Arabic Literature, Cultural Studies, Postcolonial Studies, Ecocriticism as well as Translation Studies. He is also an English<> Arabic translator whose translations have appeared in ARABLIT & ARABLIT QUARTERLY, QIRA'AT AFRICAN, SAED ADABI, and CULTURAL MERIT.
