Abdulaziz Hassan Al Zayed, a Saudi writer and novelist, interested in imaginary historical narratives, works as a teacher in the Department of Education in the Eastern Province, Al Zayed, born in the city of Dammam, eastern Saudi Arabia on October 22, 1979, winner of the (Creativity Award) in July 2020, one of the Naji Noman Literary Foundation awards in Beirut in its 18th session with the novel (White Hope). He was appointed as an ambassador for the Naji Noman Foundation on November 14, 2022. Al Zayed holds a bachelor's degree from King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa and a higher diploma from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University. He started writing short stories and then turned to novels. His first novel is The Burda.
Biography:-
- Grew up in the town of Awamiya, one of the villages of Qatif Governorate, enrolled in government studies, in the town of Awamiya (Al-Reef Primary Neighborhood, Al-Awamiya Intermediate District, Quba Secondary).
His mother: Maryam bint Abdullah Al-Mahouzi, he has four brothers: Ali, Fadel, Abdullah, Mohamed, and he has three sisters: Zahra, Ruqayya, Salha, a little girl who died by drowning.
-His wife: Zainab bint Issa Saleh Al Labbad, he has four children: Yasser, Israa, Jawad, Dima.
- Joined King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa, Hofuf, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in animal production in 2003. He completed his studies at (Teachers College) in Dammam, which later became Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, from which he obtained a qualifying diploma in computer, specializing in: "Computer Education and Maintenance" 2005.
- He worked as a teacher in the Ministry of Education in 2006, in Tabuk Governorate in the city of Duba overlooking the Red Sea in 2006, then moved to teach in Al-Ahsa Governorate, Al-Mubarraz City in 2007, then moved to teach in Dammam in 2011.
- He joined the bachelor's degree in the Qur'an and Hadith Sciences at Al-Mustafa International University but did not complete, and he worked in writing and produced in his early days the story of the fisherman man and a short story entitled: The Painful Nakba, which he published in the magazine Al-Maarifa, He participated in the book Al-Kawthar Al-Atheeb, the book Women in Our Society to Where?, and the book Objective Reflection in the Holy Qur'an: A Reading in the Compilation and Scouting Approaches.
- He won the "Creativity Award" from the Naji Noman Literary Foundation in Beirut, in the eighteenth season with his novel White Hope 2020.
-He received the title of ambassador for the Naji Noman Foundation, where Professor Naji Noman sent him on November 14, 2022 the text: "Dear Abdulaziz, the ambassador of my institution since today, welcome to the world of culture for free. You will find herewith the certificate of your appointment as ambassador."
- He went through several experiences and various activities before practicing authorship, including: forming and establishing a creativity energy center, founding member of the Basma Book Fair, a member of the Development and Creativity Center, and a member of the Sahar Al-Bayan Al-Biblical Forum. He presented many training, cultural and literary courses, participated in some Quranic conferences.
- He has many writings on newspapers, magazines, websites and social networks. Among the newspapers in which he published: (Saudi Al-Watan newspaper, Al-Riyadh newspaper, Al-Ahsa News newspaper, Bahraini Al-Bilad newspaper, Dunia Al-Rai newspaper, Real Media newspaper, Tunisian Al-Hurriya newspaper, Jisr newspaper, Beirut Times newspaper, Lebanese newspaper Al-Nahar), and he has also published in several magazines, including: (Knowledge Magazine, Sahar Al-Hayat Magazine, Moroccan Family Magazine).
- He has published many collections of stories, books and novels, namely: the novel Al-Burda, a historical novel series, called (Immigrants towards the East), three parts: the novel of Karaem Al-Tayeb, the novel The Smell of the Nightingale, and the novel Shaza Al-Habib. Three collections of short stories: The Weevil of Satan: Imagined Stories of Satan, Melody of Existence: Imagined Stories of the Mother, Moonlight, and an illustrated educational story collection for children.
